Separate names with commas. Line breaks are ignored, so a name split across two lines (as often happens when copying from a PDF) stays whole. A Zoom participant export, pasted with its header row, is read one person per row. Email addresses written next to a name, such as Lina Haddad <lina@example.org>, fill in the Email column below. Bracketed notes such as (Host) or (she/her), times, bullets and phone names are removed. A name repeated within one meeting counts once.
